This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth process for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products.
  • Calibration services, testing, and validation services once performed.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items without proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos of the defect or damage (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided by our team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordered the wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
